Anyone have any 1/1, 2/1 or 2/2 or home for rent that would be willing to work with me despite a rental debt on my credit. I lost my business last year and fell behind on rent, I was NOT evicted but aquired debt through the property. I am in the process of saving to pay it off, but will be 2-3 months before I have full amount abd need to find a place by June 1st. Can provide references. Flexible on location.
