Looking for a new housemate to fill a downstairs room in our North Beacon Hill house! It's available starting in May for a year-long lease (but there's flexibility to leave earlier). The room is about 7' x 15',? and you'd share a kitchen & bathroom with 1 other person, who's prioritizing 420-friendly and queer POC. Ideally you also don't have a car and are into mutual aid/being involved with the community. The room can potentially come furnished with a full-size bed, desk, dresser, and rug.
